2. Next Steps: After your submission has been made, you will receive a package of documents from our brokerage partner via Docusign, which allows you to sign remotely. The package includes the Listing Agreement, RECO Information Guide, and MLS® Data Information Form. Note: There are no holdover periods, you can cancel the listing agreement at any time.
If you are unsure of something, don't worry. Our team will review everything in detail and contact you should anything need to be corrected or clarified.
